How it works

Scoped before we start.
No moving targets.

01

Build Assessment (Free)

Thirty minutes to pressure-test whether a build is the right call, what it would take, and what it would cost. If it's not the right move, we'll tell you.

02

Scope Document

A written scope with deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. No ambiguity. You approve before we start. Anything outside scope gets a new document first.

03

Build and Deliver

Weekly progress, no silence. Delivery at end of scope with docs and deployment included. Code ownership transfers on delivery.

Pricing FAQ

Everything in the scope document: engineering, design where needed, QA, deployment, documentation, and handoff. Hosting and third-party API costs are yours, but we help you set them up.

New work gets its own scope document and fixed price. Nothing gets added to your bill without your approval first. No surprises is the entire point.

No. Once we hand it off, you own it free and clear. The annual retainer is optional. No obligation after handoff.

Typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for builds. Retainers are billed monthly. The structure is confirmed in the scope document before we start.

Yes — that's often the smart path. We build prototypes clean enough to become the foundation of a production build. If it proves out, we scope from where you are.
